Just wanted to let you all that my wife and I had a great time yesterday and thank you for all the hard work it took to put it on. We are planning on attending next year.

We did get a little surprise when we got home today though. My wife had won the box of Motecristo Platinum No. 3's so when we got home I opened the box to put the cigars in her humidor and found there was no cigars in the box, just the humidification unit. The seal on the box was intact when I went to open it. No big deal, we came home with a lot of great cigars and accessories. But I wanted to let you know about it so you can let Altadis know about it.

Joe, I hope you feel better and have a quick recovery. If I don't see you before I'll see you at next years WPCC.

I know that my friend Brian and one of his other friends are also coming from SW Ohio, but, as we live in separate towns [about 40 miles apart], he is not driving with me this year. I won't need a motel, as I my sister lives just south of Akron, and I can spend the night there.

Just wanted to drop you guys a note to tell you what a blast of a time I had at the annual SRC BarBque. It was the first one I attended and it was the first cigar event I have attended as well. It was so much more than I expected. The food was great, there was a wide variety of all kinds of drink and the generosity of the samples, goody bags and prize drawings was just beyond belief for the cost of admission. I made a day of it by riding the bike up some 60 miles each way and ended up shooting the breeze with another biker from the New Castle area that was experiencing the same first time attendance as me. He had the same reviews on the gig as I did. And this is all coming from someone who hardly knew anyone there at the start of the event. Since I have started sampling cigars again this summer, the best way I can describe the experience of lighting up a fine smoke with people like you all is when I started riding the bike some yeas back. You just bond with the quality of the company you meet and the hobby that brings you together is really the secondary thing. The enjoyment of each other's company and conversation is the real glue of the cigar smoking experience. As I have said before, I am just a 2 on a scale to 10 when it comes to cigar knowledge, and I am not a 1 simply cause of my age. But I never feel that way in the company of you guys I have met through Blowin Smoke, Slippery Rock Cigars and King Beaver Cigars. When you spend a much time as I do dealing with problems as a way to make a living, you really cherish being able to relax and just enjoy company and conversation 2nd only of course to the time you can spend with family. The best to all you guys and a special thanks to SLC once again for hosting an outstanding event.

This comment is overdue. I ordered a particular brand of cigars that my husband loves a few months ago, along with a cutter. I was so impressed with how quickly i received them! To top that off, the cutter was temporarily out of stock at the time. I was shipped the cigars so i would not have to wait for them, and thrown in a little something extra for not getting the cutter. The cutter arrived about a week later. I would reccomend this site to anybody!! They are SO nice and efficient!!
